When will I get my photos back!?
Don't feel alone- you are not the first, or the last person to ask me this! When I get my photos taken, I am JUST as excited to see the final product! And believe it or not, I'm always excited to see the final product for my clients as well! I work hard to deliver you the absolute best photos possible- I do not cut corners or slap filters on your photos. I go through the hundreds of photos taken at your session and filter down to the best of the best. I make sure every color is vibrant and true, minor pimples and blemishes are erased, and you and/or your family catches the viewer's eye in an artistic and creative way. I do not just *take photos*, I create art, and art is not made in a few days. I also manage my family's business, and have young children of my own. Life happens, and I produce my best work when I am at my best.
With all of this being said, expect a 4-6 week turn around time, and a sneak peek within 1 week.
I'm really awkward when I get my photos taken...can you help me with that?
Let me tell you a secret-- I always feel a little awkward and/or nervous at the beginning of any session! Did you know that the feelings of excitement and nervousness are pretty much the same thing!? (scientifically speaking-anyway). I am always open with my clients about how I'm feeling, and start out slow so we can all get comfortable with each other. I may be a little extra goofy or share a humorous story about myself to make sure everyone is relaxed. You'll hear my shutter clicking a thousand times when you are least expecting it- I don't do posing. I do real life. I'll capture your best and most realest moments. Even if I tell everyone to "Give me your best fake laugh!!" I know, it sounds silly right? But trust me, it works. My goal is to feel like your friend, like we're all just hanging out, so I can get 100% authenticity from you.
